Canada’s #1 Marketing Conference: The Art of Marketing presented by IBM returned to Toronto on May 28th featuring five internationally renowned bestselling authors and thought leaders. Over 2,000 of Canada’s most influential business leaders attended this year’s conference to develop a clearer understanding of how the world of marketing is changing and developing:

Denise Lee Yohn, bestselling author of What Great Brands Do: Seven Brand-Building Principles took the stage next. Denise spoke on how strong brand-building drives profitable growth, enhances stakeholder relationships, and engages employees:

Following a short networking break the highly anticipated Malcolm Gladwell took the stage. Malcolm spoke on his book David and Goliath - Underdogs, Misfits, & the Art of Battling Giants. He had a very powerful stage presence and drew upon history, psychology, and powerful storytelling to reshape the way we think of the world around us:

After lunch our exclusive Executive Panel took the stage for a Q&A session with Ron Tite. These executives were:

  • Andrew Zimakas, Chief Marketing Officer -Tangerine

Bestselling author Matthew Dixon took the stage next to discuss customer loyalty by reducing customer effort. Matthew’s insights were well received by all as he provided many valuable takeaways for everyone in the industry:
